Member to Member rates Effective April 15th, 2008 any member shall be entitled to member to member published rates as set forth on the website located; http://www.mivnet.com/b2bplan1L3 Discontinued: -- in the event that any member requests two (2) or more MIVNET host facilities, and own facilities are not involved, then such member shall be charged a twenty percent (20%) surcharge on the Member Rate by the HOSTING MEMBER. Retail Rates: Any customer or non-MIVNET member that identifies MIVNET as its source for locating the MEMBER room shall be entitled to MIVNET published rates as set forth by the member or advertiser not MIVNET. This does not prevent the member or advertiser from establishing or publishing different rates for other customers. |
